Shipping Policy
Kompressor Bike can ship to virtually any address in the world. When we process your order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. By request, we can ship with any other companies like FedEx or UPS. A Tracking Number will be emailed to you along with your order acknowledgment.
Kompressor Bike provides you with full shipment insurance for your purchase, included in the shipping and handling fee. Please note that for all exports, the customer is responsible for the taxes and import duty.
Kompressor Bike will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable or responsible for delay or lost shipments. The purchaser is responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment(s), unclaimed goods and undeliverable packages.
Shipping charges whether initial or subsequent are not refundable.
Return Policy
Before any returns will be accepted, you must contact us to request a Return Authorization Number.
Non-Returnable Item
Software and consumables (digital media, etc.) are not returnable. If you have received a CD/DVD and it has been found defective, Kompressor Bike will ship you a new copy.
Returning a Defective Item
If an item ordered at Kompressor Bike is defective, Kompressor Bike will accepted the return within 30 days of the date the order was invoiced. Kompressor Bike may either repair, replace, exchange or refund the item.
Returning a Non-Defective Item
Any item, in saleable condition, may be return to Kompressor Bike within 30 days of purchase, at the customers expense.
No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number.
The RMA number is good for only one purchase transaction and must match the product authorized for return.
Any returned system must be 100% complete in the original shipping package without physical damage with all accessories, manuals, documents, disks or documentation sold with the system and in a resaleable condition.
You are responsible for shipping and insurance charges related to the return of the original product(s).
